well they are quick release at the minute but the ends might come off to convert but i dont know. It has disc mounts as well. Anymore qestions pm me please

 Hey the back rim is a Mavic F219. The hub diameters are 3cm at the disc mount side and 4cm at the cassette side. There is no cracks to the rim or hub. hope that helps.
